I believe if I were to become 501st Commander I would be able to make it one of the best battalions for front line assault I believe I could accomplish this goal. 11.What Makes you a good leader?: I believe that good judgment under pressure and being able to station front line troops in strategic positons is some core values that every leader should have I believe I meet these values and I think if I could have the chance I would be able to turn the 501st around from what it is now and make it way better than it is. 12.Why should we choose you as a officer?: I believe you should make me a officer because I could lead troops in strategic ways I have learned from other games and servers and having respect for your solder or to me my brothers is core to being a officer because if u do not respect ur brothers they will have no respect for you which will make them not follow orders which will only lead to defeat if you make me a officer I will respect all my brothers no matter rank or skill which in the long run will make up a amazing strong unstoppable force which I believe I am good enough to help lead. 13.Why would you promote someone?: I would promote someone for going above and beyond the line of duty which goes from hard solo recon missions to being ordered to having to help lead small squads and being able to control the situation and give them orders that will win the fight under pressure or playing a major role in saving high ranking officials. I would not promote them for shooing some droids and not dying I do not believe that is good enough to be promoted I believe that is you barley meeting ur job requirements. 14.why would you demote someone would demote someone when it comes to disobeying direct orders or having disrespect issues with commanders or officer as well as any high ranking trooper. 15.How would you train your troops?: I would have them all be put in a single column and have them march for marching training for teamwork I would set up a sim so they have a safe but serious training area to work on there teamwork skills  any high ranking 501st would be put in sims with squads to see there leadership skills. I would also make all 501st use the range at least once a day. 16.What would you do if your troops where breaking rules?: I would give two warnings then have them do PT if it continues move to demotions and if they continue kick the completely of the 501st. 17.How active can you be?: I can be on everyday  once home for school and I might be off a day or two every week or two. 18.Anything else you want to add?:
