I also wish to train the troopers who decide to join 104th to be the best attack battalion and pass on all tactics, wisdom, experiences, and advice to make my troopers Officer or NCO worthy. 11.What Makes you a good leader?: A leader is someone who leads the way, he must have the experience and must have the skill to lead his men into battle. A leader is fair and just, he seeks the best punishment, promotion, demotion for any occasion. A leader is bold but cautious, He gives orders that seem daring but has also calculated the losses and gains from his order. A good leader is all of these things and I feel like I am one. 12.Why should we choose you as a officer?: I believe that I'm the best person for the job to lead a battalion of men into battle. 13.Why would you promote someone?:I would promote someone who does things I don't ask him to do, basically being one step ahead of me, if a trooper shows that kind of mentality and is effective on the battlefield then I don't see any reason not to promote them. 14.Why would you demote someone?: I would demote a trooper for inactivity, immaturity, desrepect towards staff or any other officers, or failing to follow orders. 15.How would you train your troops?: First I would go through the basic drills (Trigger discipline,Grapple Hook Laps, Field Tactics and Formations) then have them warm up with small PT. If a trooper fails at any of the basic drills they are tasked to keep doing it until they can. After all the basic training we would continue to Citadel training and Custom Citadel Training. Citadel training will test their ability to clear out a basic Citadel effectively and with minimal casualties. The Custom Citadel will be for training in Urban or Simulated Terrians (Mountainous, Plains, Urban, Rural) or will be for special objective such as: Siegeing, Hostage Rescue, EVAC scenarios, and Defending. If the admins may allow, we will also do PVP sims within our Battalion. 16.What would you do if your troops were breaking rules?: I would put them on a watchlist and not tell them if they were on a watchlist to see if they would continue their bad behavior, if so I would demote them and tell them the reason why. 17.How active can you be?: I can be somewhat active 18.Anything else you want to add?: No
