Alot of you rember me as shiba and I was a ARC on the server the biggest problem with the old server is that Game Masters were admins they did sits they warned kicked ban ECT and when there some how someone wanted to be a mod they never got promoted. the problem im seeing already is the first staff application Karma I love you but to be blunt on any other server this would have been denyed why? well because #11 on his staff app he dosent even put anything down and on another one of the question #8 I belive said how can you improve the communtiy and the answer was somthing like oh I used to play alot on the old server like that dosent even answer the question but anyways the questions are answered in a 3rd grade level. thats about all I noticed with this "new" server I want to see the server have good fun loving staff while being strict and enforcing the rules but from what I have seen and what I have seen from the old server it looks like nothing has changed and if im right based on what I have seen already the same thing is gonna happen like Old ICN GM are admins "Female Medical Clones" (that was cringy) dead factions low player count then comes the vote to shut down the server and we restart the process Syn based on what I have seen get a fourms manager or look at applications with someone with a more negative view so that way you can both sides of the argument. -Shiba now Arizona

I agree with you on staff apps and officer apps not going to specify who tho,alot of the answeres are just trolls and they get picked out of favoritism and it isnt fair to the other players thank you for posting this ill talk to syn about it -Connor

I agree with this...although this is a new begining for the server and everyone gets a fresh slate, there are some really poorly done apps out there that get accepted, which makes it unfair for the other people who try hard and don't get accepted. They are favored over each other. I also see that there are some staff that haven't written any apps and are a part of the staff team, although syn said all the staff members are wiped.
