10.Why do you want to lead this battalion/legion?: [color=#c0392b]The 104th Heavy Battalion specializes in heavy weaponry and armored support, including AT-TE's, TX-130 Sabre Main Battle Tanks, and SPHA Units. Being mobile and dealing heavy damage are 2 things I can preform at very well. [/color]
11.What Makes you a good leader?: I am as good a listener as I am a teacher. To be a successful leader, there needs to be a mutual respect built between officer and soldier. I am able to form that bond very well. I also understand the limits of soldiers in battle and am able to tell when it is time for a call to be made.

15.How would you train your troops?: [color=#c0392b]I would drill my men hard with the basics, Formations. Faces. Trigger Discipline. Target Practice. Once I have ingrained those principles into their heads, they are ready to become true 104th. From there I will train my soldiers in the art of MBT Combat. How to avoid danger and allow the vehicle to survive longer. From there, I will train individually with each class.[/color]
16.What would you do if your troops where breaking rules?: [color=#c0392b]A simple 2 strike system. Strike 1 would be a verbal warning and punishment training. Strike 2 would be demotion and possible expulsion from the battalion.[/color]
