.What Battalion or Legion are you trying to join: 104th Battalion, nicknamed WolfPack.

.Why do you want to lead this battalion/legion?: The 104th Heavy Battalion specializes in heavy weaponry and armored support, including AT-TE's, TX-130 Sabre Main Battle Tanks, and SPHA Units. Being mobile and dealing heavy damage are 2 things I can preform at very well.

.What Makes you a good leader?: I am as good a listener as I am a teacher. To be a successful leader, there needs to be a mutual respect built between officer and soldier. I am able to form that bond very well. I also understand the limits of soldiers in battle and am able to tell when it is time for a call to be made.

.Why should we choose you as a officer?: I believe my experience in a leadership position and my traits highly qualify me as a CO.

.Why would you promote someone?: Honorable Combat Action. Rescue of another soldier or officer. Taking leadership where leadership is due.

.Why would you demote someone?: Violation of regiment and corps regulations. Failure to comply to direct orders. Anything worthy of a Court Marshall.

.How would you train your troops?: I would drill my men hard with the basics, Formations. Faces. Trigger Discipline. Target Practice. Once I have ingrained those principles into their heads, they are ready to become true 104th. From there I will train my soldiers in the art of MBT Combat. How to avoid danger and allow the vehicle to survive longer. From there, I will train individually with each class.

.What would you do if your troops where breaking rules?: A simple 2 strike system. Strike 1 would be a verbal warning and punishment training. Strike 2 would be demotion and possible expulsion from the battalion.

.How active can you be?: Bi-Daily.

.Anything else you want to add?: I was requested to apply for the 104th Officer Position by Syndicate.

Thank you for viewing my application. Godspeed,

Patton.
